The primary flaw in the deck seems to be a lack of late game options: your only card that costs more than 4 is Weldon Barov (and there are only 2 of him), but the deck contains 16 cards that cost 1, 16 cards that cost 2, and 14 cards (counting Finkle) that cost 3. The result of this is that the deck may be running on empty, leaving several resources ready when it becomes the opponent
